1. Interpretation and Definitions

Country refers to Armenia.

Service refers to the Website and the services thereof.

Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.

2. Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

Selfcv has no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including but not limited to, if you:

  • Have changed your mind about a purchased product.
  • Bought a product by mistake.
  • Do not have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • Do not have any need to use the product.
  • Have engaged in activities that Selfcv deems suspicious or fraudulent.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods you purchase can only be canceled in accordance our Terms and Conditions and Our Refund Policy.

All payments on Selfcv are being processed by third-party payment processors that we believe are in full compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation. However, they may have Terms of Use other than described in this agreement, so we encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the Terms of Use of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

In addition, Selfcv is not responsible for any differences caused by change of currency exchange rates you were charged by third parties.

3. Chargebacks

What is a Chargeback?

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge with their bank or credit card company, resulting in the reversal of the transaction.
